Gregson Lane started a new class a few weeks ago but I'd go along to Gregson Lane Community Centre (near the post office and chippy) at about 6.30 - 6.45 on Tuesdays to check it out - ask for Denise - if you're interested. They do the kennel club bronze, silver and gold so you can join at various stages.Davehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17300399536940385886noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-36789533.post-63276963948507649732008-04-11T07:46:00.000+00:002008-04-11T07:46:00.000+00:00HiGlad you like it - I'll look out for you!The Gre...Hi

Glad you like it - I'll look out for you!

The Gregson Lane club is probably as close as you'll get but like you say, the classes are early evening - I think it's 6.30 or possibly 7.00. I'll find out and let you know. We got a list of training classes from the Riverside Vets, down on Watery Lane/Strand Road. There we quite a few around Preston but I've not heard what the others are like.

I know what you mean in times of early starts though. We've been looking at agility training and found a really nice club in Ormskirk - they start at 6 though for beginners which is way too early for us, especially as its so far away.

We'll try the Tolkein Trail some time - I've seen the route and it does look nice.Davehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17300399536940385886noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-36789533.post-23960428427829593972008-04-10T18:59:00.001+00:002008-04-10T18:59:00.001+00:00Hello,just wanted to say that I love reading your ...Hello,

just wanted to say that I love reading your blogs and it's great to see how much fun you have when you are out and about.

I was wondering if you could help me out a little with your local knowledge.
We have got a 2 year old balck german sheperd ( Jazz) and a new addition to the family little terrier terror Maisey. we live in Bamber Bridge at the moment and I was wondering if you could recommend a good puppy training school near by.
